Terms and conditions
These general terms and conditions (the "Terms") apply when you as a consumer ("You" or "the Customer") place an order via www.historly.com or www.historly.se, and associated pages, (the "Website" or the "Site" "). Agreement is entered into between you and HISTORLY AB, organization number 559215-5575 ("Historly"). Detailed contact information and other information about Historly can be found on the Website. The terms are only applicable to you who are a consumer and who make orders via the Website.
In order to be able to order on the Website, you must, in accordance with Swedish law, have reached the age of 18. When you place an order on the Website, you as a Customer confirm that you are at least 18 years old and by law have the right to place an order on the Website. Historly reserves the right in individual cases to refuse or change your order (for example, if you have provided incorrect personal information and / or have payment remarks).
The Website and all content on it, is owned by Historly, its licensors or other third parties. The information is protected by, among other things, intellectual property law and market law. This means that trademarks, company names, product names, images and graphics, design, layout and information about goods, services and other content may not be copied or used without the written permission of Historly.
2. AGREEMENT AND ORDER
In order to place an order on the Website, you must accept the Terms. By accepting the Terms, you agree to comply with the Terms in their entirety, and agree that you have read the information about personal data and agreed to the use of personal data and cookies in accordance with Historly's personal data policy, see here.
A purchase agreement is not entered into until Historly has confirmed your order and you have received an order confirmation from Historly by e-mail. Historly encourages you to save this order confirmation for any contacts with Historly's customer service. You can revoke your order until it is confirmed by Historly. If the order is revoked, Historly will refund all possible payments that you or your payment or credit card companies have made regarding the order.
3. CUSTOMER INFORMATION

4. PRICES, FEES AND PAYMENT
The prices stated on the Website are those that apply when you place an order on the Website. The prices stated on the Website include the fee for standard shipping.
VAT is included in the price when you shop from Norway, Sweden and other EU countries but is not included if you shop from other countries that do not belong to the EU. You are responsible for paying any additional costs, taxes or customs fees that may be applied in your jurisdiction when you place an order on our Website.
You can pay in the ways specified on the Website. Read more about Historly's different payment methods here. Historly has the right to charge already in connection with the order, unless invoice payment or similar payment methods are chosen by you and approved by Historly. In such a case, you will be informed of this. Historly reserves the right not to always offer all payment methods, or to change payment methods if the one you have chosen for any reason does not work at the time of purchase. Please note that Historly is not responsible for the payment methods available as these are provided by third parties.
When you place an order on the Website, you confirm that you are right by law to use the means of payment you have chosen and that, if you pay by card, you are either the cardholder or have the cardholder's express permission to use the card to make the payment on the Website.
5. DELIVERY AND TRANSPORT
Items that are in stock are normally delivered within the number of working days specified on the Website. Unless otherwise agreed (for example when purchasing ordered goods or goods that are not in stock), delivery will take place within 30 working days from the time Historly has confirmed the Customer's order by e-mail through order confirmation. More information about delivery and terms for it can be found here under section Shipping.
The expected delivery time is stated here under section Shipping, at checkout and / or on the current product page on the Website. Unless otherwise agreed, you have the right to cancel the purchase if the delivery is delayed more than 30 days and it is not caused by you as a Customer.
If a package is to be picked up at a delivery point, you must do so within the time frame specified in the notification. Packages must normally be picked up in person with a valid ID and with a reference number. The customer will be notified where and when the package will be picked up. Historly is under no circumstances responsible for any direct or indirect additional costs or expenses incurred due to the Customer, for example as a consequence to the fact that the package is not picked up by the Customer on time. Historly has the right to charge the Customer a fee of SEK 180 if the package is not picked up on time.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
When ordering on the Website, a 30-day right of withdrawal applies. Right of withdrawal or right of exchange does not apply to personal posters that have been personalized and printed on order. The right of withdrawal for other goods means that you have the right to cancel your purchase by notifying Historly within 30 days of you or your agent receiving the ordered item (the withdrawal period).
Please note that frames come with a protective plastic that must not be opened if you want the right to return a frame. Posters are delivered in a similar way with a sticker over the tissue in which it or they are rolled. The sticker must not be opened or broken if you want to be able to exercise your right of withdrawal.
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal and cancel a purchase, you must send a clear and unambiguous message to Historly before the withdrawal period has expired. firstname.lastname@example.org and tell me this. You must state your name, address and why you wish to make a return. You must also enter other relevant information such as order number, product name and the number desired to be returned.
The products must be returned within 14 days of you notifying Historly of the desire to cancel your purchase. You as a Customer pay SEK 49 for the return shipping when you exercise your right of withdrawal and are responsible for the condition of the products from the time the Customer has received the item until it is returned and received by Historly again. The goods to be returned must be sent well packaged in their original packaging and in unchanged condition. When exercising your right of withdrawal, you must follow the instructions for this given by Historly on the Website here, during Right of withdrawal and Returns.
When you have exercised your right of withdrawal and returned the goods in unaltered condition, Historly will make a refund of the amount you have paid minus the return shipping of SEK 49. Any costs for customs duties and the like incurred due to your jurisdiction will not be reimbursed. Historly has the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the depreciation of the product compared to the original value of the product, if and to the extent that such depreciation is due to the fact that you have handled the product to a greater extent than is necessary to determine its properties or function. Historly applies a complete depreciation (ie the value of the entire item) if the returned item is not in a condition to be resold (such as a new item).
Historly will make the refund without undue delay once Historly has received the returned items and confirmed their condition in line with Historly's refund policy, read here under section Right of withdrawal and returns.
7. OTHER WEBSITES
The Website contains links to websites owned by third parties. Historly is not responsible for the handling, security, content or any other aspect of these.
You have the right to claim a refund or compensation if a product has been damaged, missing or is subject to a printing error that is not the result of your own actions. All Customers who wish to assert their right to file a complaint for an ordered product should contact Historly as soon as possible after the error was discovered by sending an email to email@example.com. It is important that you examine the products carefully as soon as you have picked them up.
Historly is responsible of paying the costs for any return shipping of approved complaints
Historly normally examines the right to receive a refund or compensation within 14 working days of receiving such a claim. Historly reserves the right to refuse a complaint if it turns out that the product is not defective in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. 9. FORCE MAJEURE
Historly reserves the right to invoke Force Majeure in situations where this is applicable. Historly is not responsible for delays caused by such circumstances as they are beyond History's control. Examples of situations where Historly can invoke Force Majeure is for example in extreme weather, acts of war, fire, changed state orders, technical problems and more. Historly is also not responsible for errors or delays of subcontractors that have arisen due to such circumstances. If the situation has lasted for more than two months, both the customer and Historly have the right to terminate the purchase with immediate effect.
10. CHANGES TO THE TERMS
Historly reserves the right to change these terms. Any changes to the terms will be published on the website. Changes will apply when you have accepted the terms (in connection with a new purchase or while browsing the Website), or 30 days after Historly has informed you as a Customer of the changes.
11. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE
If a dispute arises between you and us (Historly), we strongly urge you to first contact us directly to get a solution. We will consider reasonable requests to resolve the dispute through alternative dispute resolution procedures, such as mediation or arbitration.
In the event of a dispute, we (Historly) follow decisions from ARN (The General Complaints Board) or equivalent dispute resolution bodies.
