The Swedish ship M / S Kungsholm at the port of Gothenburg. The ship belonged to the shipping company Svenska Amerika Linien, which was founded by Dan Broström. They took passengers to New York, among other places, and were Gothenburg's pride.

M / S Kungsholm was built in 1953 and in the background you can see the silhouette of northern Guldheden which began to be built in 1945.

Gothenburg was founded as a city by King Gustav II Adolf in the 1600th centuryThe name itself originally comes from the fact that Gothenburg was a fortification by the Göta River.
