Poster with an illustration of a gentleman in Paris wearing a blue suit. Below the picture we see the text Tenue du Matin, French for "morning outfit" or "morning dress". The man has a bowler hat on his head and a walking stick under his arm. He is walking by some book stalls on the dock along the Seine in Paris.
The illustration was published in the French fashion magazine Journal of Ladies and Fashion in 1913. The illustrator was Bernard Boutet de Monvel. He was a French artist and worked closely with the famous fashion designer Paul Poiret, who was an early admirer of his work.

Got home a wonderful poster this week and was surprisingly pleased. The image was not pixelated (as I have experienced before when I ordered from other websites) and the paper was thicker which made the poster almost feel like a real painting. Became really nice when I framed it. I was really happy!
Ordered 4 posters from Historly and am so happy! Super nice quality, nice motives and fast delivery.
The wall became more alive!
Sent for a poster that arrived within a few days and completely met expectations!
I am very pleased. Find products. Nicely baked and well received.
Very nice! However, sensitive paper
Bought "The Speed Police" and is incredibly pleased to have a timeless picture that shows Swedish history. This at the same time as having received a picture and frame in cruel quality on the purchase.
Fast feedback and good service
Very satisfied with the quality and delivery.
A very nice printed matter. Regret though that I did not take the biggest poster.
High quality print. Fast delivery. Appreciate your wide selection of historical motifs.
Is actually really super happy! Whether you are someone who can really nerd yourself into history, or just like interesting historical motifs. So it's one (or more) good buys. A little expensive but after the paintings are up, I still think it's easily worth the money. Good resolution and nice layout with title and year for the pictures. Has already received good comments about the paintings, the eyes easily stick to the pictures and the pictures become even easier to talk about. Definitely recommend!
Incredibly satisfied with our work by Strindberg, the quality of the paper is Unbeatable 🙌🏼
Satisfied with the whole experience!
